Google Docs - Full Functionality for free?

Document management tools (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation managers) are now free, easy to access and simple to manage using cloud computing developments on the web.  Why aren't you using them?

Traditionally, (if we can say that about computing :) we purchased word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software and 'installed' these on our computer.  This cost $'s for products such as Microsoft Office, or in some cases free like OpenOffice.  Either way it required regular updates and sometimes locked us into a particular formats.

 

Cloud computing web based applications are changing that.
